• COMPOSITION:
  Three residents and voters of the City, at least two of whom shall be members of the leading political parties of the States. Term - four years. Selected by the City Council from lists provided by party Central Committees.

• DUTIES:
  To give notice of municipal election, and conduct and supervise the election.
• MEETINGS:
  At the call of the Chair.
